

Growing up in Red Hill on Victoria’s picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Luke Dal Lago and Alex Lee have always shared a love of cooking.
The region’s incredible food and wine scene exposed the pair to the finest produce from the beginning, which has been heavily incorporated into their cooking style.
The duo’s mutual love of quality food inspired them to create home-style dishes which paid homage to the rural influences of their hometown, as well as drawing inspiration from cuisine from Spain.
The Home Plate offer both traditional and contemporary paella options and will tailor a menu for each individual event.
